An in-house screening/presentation can be videoconferenced to more than one office so that all lawyers can receive CLE credit at no additional cost. Screenings followed by a panel discussion, Q&A or program have been granted professionalism, general, and/or bias elimination hours in many states. (See list of states which have adopted the ABA anti-discrimination model rule) Each organization is responsible for applications for CLE credit.
